This post is very hard for me to write. It’s something that I’ve been thinking long and hard about, and quite frankly, I feel that it needs to be stated here. So, here we go…

As you know, I have been posting chapters from the first draft of my book Angels and Phantoms for a few weeks. It’s been a while since I had the initial idea to write this book, but quite frankly, the way that I’m writing it and the way that I have planned it out aren’t making for a very engaging story. I don’t think that I planned it out enough to make it a compelling novel.

That said, I am at the point where I only have two chapters left to complete before the first draft is finished, so I will be completing those and posting the rest of the book on here. After I do this, I will be distancing myself from the story for a while so that I can work on a new project that I’ve recently had an idea for. This is a very hard decision for me to make, but I just feel that this is for the best.
